How To Order

At CLS we are committed to providing you with a fun and straightforward shopping experience. Our web-site is designed to make it easy for you to find the products you want and complete your purchase quickly and securely in a way that suits you. If you have a special request or simply would like to speak to someone, you can always contact us - we love it when you get in touch personally, and we'll be happy to help. 

You can place your orders online, by post or by phone. We accept all major credit and debit cards and cheques.

Order Online

Online shopping at CLS is easy and secure: our check-out system uses state-of-the-art protection technology to encrypt your personal information and allows you to complete your purchases quickly by paying with most cards, or you can choose to pay by cheque.
Take your time and browse around our 'Shop'. Click on any item that you wish to buy to add them into the shopping cart - you will then be able to modify the quantities and choose the colour or style you prefer for your product by clicking on the "update" button. As you update your order, the check-out system will automatically calculate and display the total shipping costs (UK delivery only, for deliveries abroad you need to contact us). You can cancel or make changes to your order at any time, by clicking on the "View Cart" icon placed at the top right-hand corner of every page of the web-site. When you have finished shopping you can decide how you'd like to proceed: select the "Buy Now Online" icon if you wish to pay online, or click on the "Pay by Cheque" button if you prefer to submit your order by post and pay with cheques.

Please note: if the shopping cart does not display the payment options it's probably because you did not click on the "update" button after making a change, or simply forgot to specify your choice of colour/style. Just review the items in the shopping cart, and always 'update' it.

When paying on-line, you will be asked to enter your own address in the secure 'Billing Details' form provided. If you wish, you can specify a different delivery address in the 'Contact Details'. After completing the contact forms, you will be taken to PayPal's secure server where all credit cards order are processed. Your card details are never shared with us. Your card will be debited when the system has processed your order and checked the card details.

Order by Post

If you prefer, you can submit your order by post and pay by cheque. Simply write to us, or add the products in the shopping cart and then select the "Pay by Cheque" option: a ready-made pdf order form will be provided, complete with our contacts, the details of your order, and all shipping costs (UK delivery only). Just print it, fill it in with your details and send it to us together with your payment. If you have any special instructions or comments please do include them with your order. Cheques should be payable to 'Contemporary Living Solutions' and must be in GBP drawn on a British bank.
Orders paid for by cheques take longer to process, with items usually shipped in 5 to 7 business days. If you'd like to place your order by post but need to receive your products quickly, you may consider paying with British Postal Orders instead - you can purchase them at most Post Offices for a fee.
Please do not send cash or credit/debit card details by post.

Order Confirmation

All orders will be acknowledged via email within two business days from when we receive them. No order should be considered accepted until we send you an email confirming acceptance and delivery details.
Before placing your order please make sure you read every products' description and are familiar with our Terms and Conditions and with our Shipping times and charges.

Overseas customers

If you live abroad, we are happy to serve you.
Please contact us before placing your order and we will get in touch with you with a quote for delivery costs to your location. In order to provide you with an accurate quote we will need your full address and postcode. 

All payments will be collected in British Sterling (GBP).
