Online shopping at CLS is easy and secure: our check-out system uses state-of-the-art protection technology to encrypt your personal information and PayPal allows you to complete your purchases quickly by paying with most cards, or you can choose to pay by cheque.
Take your time and browse around our Shop. Click on any item that you wish to buy to add them into the shopping cart - you will then be able to modify the quantities and choose the colour or style you prefer for your product by clicking on the "update" button. As you update your order, the check-out system will automatically calculate and display the total shipping costs (UK delivery only, for deliveries abroad you need to contact us). You can cancel or make changes to your order at any time, by clicking on the "View Cart" icon placed at the top right-hand corner of every page of the web-site. When you have finished shopping you can decide how you'd like to proceed: select the "Buy Now Online" icon if you wish to pay online, or click on the "Pay by Cheque" button if you prefer to submit your order by post and pay with cheques.
When paying on-line, you will be asked to enter your own address in the secure 'Billing Details' form provided. If you wish, you can specify a different delivery address in the 'Contact Details'. After completing the contact forms, you will be taken to PayPal's secure server where all credit cards order are processed. Your card details are never shared with us. Your card will be debited when the system has processed your order and checked the card details.

Q I've added my chosen product(s) into the shopping cart and want to conclude the order, but I can't see the payment options...
A Possibly you forgot to specify your choice of colour/style from the drop down menu provided, or you made some changes to your order (i.e. the quantities) and did not "update" the shopping cart. Simply review the items in your shopping cart and always click on the "update" button.
Q The PayPal payment form only displays my name and a number, and I cannot see a list of the purchased items. Is this alright?
A Yes, it is. PayPal only collects the payment on our behalf and does not know the details of the products you chose. These are stored in our shopping cart and are visible only to us. PayPal will display your name and the order reference number, which we will be transmitted to us together with confirmation of your payment. This system enables us to process the order more quickly.

If you prefer, you can submit your order by post and pay by cheque. Simply write to us, or add the products in the shopping cart and then select the "Pay by Cheque" option: a ready-made .pdf order form will be provided, already filled with our contacts, the details of your order, and all shipping costs (UK delivery only). Just print it, add your details and send it to us together with your payment. If you have any special instructions or comments please do send them as well. Cheques should be payable to 'Contemporary Living Solutions' and must be in GBP drawn on a British bank.
Orders paid for by cheques take longer to process, with items usually shipped after 10 - 14 business days. If you'd like to place your order by post but need to receive your products quickly, you may consider paying with British Postal Orders instead - you can purchase them at most Post Offices for a fee.

All orders will be acknowledged via email within two business days from when we receive them. No order should be considered accepted until we send you an email confirming acceptance and delivery details.
